Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Returns and Exchanges can be made at Pride of Place Clothing within 30 days from date of purchase for any item. All items must be in perfect condition. Please ensure to bring your invoice as proof of purchase.

If you need to return your items by post you are liable for any costs incurred.

We will either phone or email you when we have received your items and will then commence the refund procedure.

The cost of delivery will not be refunded. 

 

Damaged/Faulty Goods Return Policy

At Pride of Place Clothing, we strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you receive faulty or damaged goods, we are committed to providing a fair and efficient returns process. Please review our return policy for damaged/faulty goods below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns for damaged/faulty goods within 14 days of receipt.
• A product is considered damaged/faulty if it is damaged or defective when you receive it.

2. How to Return a Damaged Product 

Contact us by either phone or email within 14 days of receiving the goods. Include your order number, a description of the fault, and photos of the damaged product/item.

3. Refunds and Replacements

• If the product is found to be damaged/faulty, you will have the option to choose between a refund or a replacement for the relevant item (subject to availability). 
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Non-Faulty Goods

Please note that this policy does not apply to items returned because they are no longer needed, unwanted, or incorrectly ordered.

Collections Policy

Once notification has been received that an order is ready for collection, customers should either email prideofplaceclothing@gmail.com or contact us by calling 087 222 6720 so that collection arrangements/times may be arranged. 

We will always endeavour to arrange a collection time that suits you.

Please ensure to bring your invoice as proof of purchase.
